Guiding Transformation
Unifying Mobile Collaboration into a Seamless Product Suite
Background
Agenday is a productivity app that lets users connect to conference calls with one touch, manage their schedule, communicate with colleagues on the fly, and work smarter from anywhere.
The Business Requirements
Agenday was originally created as a stand alone mobile application. It was the task for the Product Design team to integrate it in to the overall iMeet suite of collaboration applications.
Bring all your calendars in to one place. View all your meetings from any calendar in a clean, day-driven interface
Join meetings with one touch. Join any audio or web conference with one touch ... no more dial-in numbers or passcodes
Do more with your meetings. Schedule new meetings, cancel or modify right from the app. Send smart messages to attendees with one touch.
Save money on conference calls. Connect to the lowest-cost dialing option based on your location

Agenday Marketing Campaign
The Product Design department partnered with PGi Marketing and Sales on many lead generation and marketing campaigns. We supported our partners and colleagues by providing application screens, UX writing, product guidance and consultation. This video example highlights Agenday’s capabilities and lets potential customers see the product in action.
