Improving Efficiency and Engagement through UX

Background

PGi identified a market need for business who were struggling with finding effective communication and collaboration tools. Some of the problems the identified were:

  • Unable to effectively reach a wider target audience with compelling content

  • Geographically-dispersed workforce and/or target market

  • Increased focus employee productivity

  • Inability to gauge message effectiveness and ensure it is understood

  • Reduced operating and travel budgets

  • Poor adoption rate of existing collaboration tools

 

The Challenge

Create a solution for common sales pain points:

  • How can I close more deals quickly?

  • Which prospects have the most potential to close?

  • How can I spend more time selling and less time entering data into my CRM platform?

  • How can managers get better visibility into the sales process?

  • How do we measure the effectiveness of our marketing materials and our sales associates?

 

The Result

We created an easy-to-use tool for recording, delivering and measuring engagement of video-narrated presentations and personalized video messages. iMeet Sales Accelerator helps drive audience engagement with unique video narration using your webcam. You can customize your presentation and upload or link to supporting content to add context and clarity to your message and prevent miscommunication. You can schedule a follow-up meeting in your personal iMeet room to further engage with your audience.

  • Record your sales presentation. Create your pitch using existing marketing materials, your webcam, or video.

  • Share with one prospect or with many. Share your pitch anywhere online, via email, or through social media.

  • Track your prospects and gain insights. Collect leads and analytics so you know where to focus your attention.

  • Synchronize with SalesForce. Capture and view guests’ contact details during your sales meetings.
